Guided Tour at the Dos Merlo Stronghold
Discover one of the most picturesque places in Monte Baldo, where nature, history, and spectacular views come together. Accompanied by a Hiking Environmental Guide, you will reach the Dos Merlo Stronghold, an important fortification from World War I, set in the greenery and overlooking Lake Garda.
During the trip, the guide will recount the history of the defensive system of Monte Baldo, illustrating the strategic role of the stronghold and the events that affected this territory during the conflict. The visit also offers the opportunity to admire beautiful glimpses of the lake and learn about the natural characteristics of the area.
The excursion is suitable for everyone and lasts about 3 hours. The visit is conducted in Italian and German.
