Foiling Week

12th anniversary for the Foiling Week returning to Malcesine from June 27 to July 5, 2026 

The sailing event with the greatest appeal and media visibility on Lake Garda, dedicated to foiling boats "the so-called flying boats," their sailors, designers, and builders. Foiling Week is not just a regatta, but a 360° event, with courses and conferences, a selection of ticketed and bookable experiences, and musical entertainment.

The Foiling Week Experiences (to be booked) represent a unique opportunity to get closer to the world of foiling in various ways, from privileged spectatorship to direct practice guided by professionals:

• SPECTATOR BOAT EXPERIENCE
  Spectator boat with commentary (2h)
  A experience dedicated to watching the foiling races directly from the race field, aboard the official spectator boat of Foiling Week. Participants will be able to follow the competitions from a privileged position, accompanied by technical explanations and insights on how the boats work and the dynamics of the races.
  
  Duration: 2 hours
  Capacity: up to 40 people per group
  First shift: boarding at 12:00 p.m. from Malcesine / 12:30 p.m. from Fraglia Vela Malcesine — disembarkation at 2:30 p.m. at Fraglia Vela Malcesine Second shift: boarding at 2:30 p.m. from Fraglia Vela Malcesine — disembarkation at 4:00 p.m. at Fraglia Vela Malcesine / 4:30 p.m. in Malcesine 
  
  
• TECH VISIT
  Guided tour in the boat park (30 min)
  Guided tour of the technical area and boat park of Foiling Week at Fraglia Vela Malcesine, with insights into the main classes present and the technologies characterizing modern foiling. This activity allows participants to closely see boats, materials, and innovative solutions applied to foil sailing.

• FOILING INTRO EXPERIENCE
  Birdyfish / Birdyfish S session with instructor (45 min)
  Introductory experience to foiling sailing aboard Birdyfish, designed for beginners and participants without specific experience. Accompanied by a qualified instructor, participants will have the opportunity to safely experience the first sensations of foil sailing.

• SIMULATOR EXPERIENCE
  AC40 simulator with coaching from a professional sailor (20 min)
  Experiential session on AC40 simulator, dedicated to understanding the driving logic of modern high-performance foiling boats. Guided by a professional, participants will experience flight management, tactics, and control of the boat in a simulated environment.
  
  Duration: 20 minutes
  Capacity: up to 4 people per session
  
  
• E-JETCYCLE EXPERIENCE
  Session on an E-Jetcycle with initial briefing (30 min)
  Introductory experience to electric mobility on water through E-JetCycle, an innovative foiling device powered by electric propulsion. This activity offers an accessible and intuitive way to experience foil sailing safely, even without prior experience.
