LA PERLA

The apartments “la Perla” are located in Malcesine, a town on the north-eastern coast of Garda lake, within the territory of the province of Verona and only 8 kilometres far from the Region of Trentino. A total of eight apartments, one and two-roomed flats, on two floors. Four of them are on the ground floor with a garden and a view on the lake from the terrace; four other are on the first floor with a terrace and balcony, and the same view on the lake. Completely new, furnished and equipped with air conditioning, tv-sat, wi-fi, open-air parking and garage. The guests of the house can enjoy a whirlpool bath located in a sunny area of the garden. The cableway station is only 100 meters away from the residence, in a few minutes it drives you on the top of Monte Baldo, 1800 meters high, with its restaurants and meeting points from where to start hiking, on summer you can paraglide and ride a mountain bike, on winter you can snowboard and downhill skiing, furthermore it is a European botanical garden and a terrace with a wonderful view. You can reach the shores on foot, and sailing, windsurfing and kitesurfing schools are within 3 kilometres.
